A WOULD-be drug pusher who has not done his community service has been given a second - and probably last - chance to get it finished.
John Stott, 29, still had 186 hours left to do out of a 200 hour order, and overslept when he should have turned up for work, Burnley Crown Court heard.
Assistant Recorder Theresa Pepper told Stott if there was any "messing about" in the next few weeks he would be back again - and she did not think any judge would give him another chance.
Stott, of Gannow Lane, Burnley, was fined £100 with £300 costs for breach of a community service order.
Robert Crawford, for the probation service, said Stott was given community service after a conviction for possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Anthony Cross, for Stott, said he had attended each week since the case was adjourned, except on one occasion when he overslept. His work had been described by organisers as good.
