A £750,000 investment at a call centre has been connected.
Connections Plus has installed the state-of-the-art call centre software at its Burnley headquarters.
The software will enable the firm to deal with fax, e-mail, digital TV and the Internet in addition to its existing telephone call business.
"Telemarketing is a technology-driven industry and it is vital for all call centres to invest in new technologies," said Jan Downie, managing director of Connections Plus. The firm provides services including promotional campaign management and emergency call overflow facilities for customers at busy periods.
Its customers include Peugeot, ENERGi and Marks and Spencer.
