On a seaming pitch at Liverpool, Lancashire were soon in trouble after being put in.
The Dutch bowlers exploited the conditions perfectly to take early wickets. Although Lancashire recovered from 8-2 and 37-4 they were dismissed for 122 in 49.2 overs, with Sefton Park's David Heyes the only batsman to get into the 20s.
And that total was never enough to trouble the Holland batsmen who enjoyed the better second innings conditions to set up a home third-round clash with Durham.
