STROKE victim John Jordan saw his beloved Manchester United clinch the Premiership on Sunday.
John, 69, a client at Lyndhurst Residential Care Home in Leigh, was at Old Trafford thanks to the home's activity co-ordinator Clare Carroll.
Mrs Carroll arranged the outing with Manchester United's Disabled Supporters Club.
Mr Jordan has never been to Old Trafford before.
But, with great joy, he watched the side clinch the title with a 2-1 win over Spurs.
