KING'S Inn, who completed the double of Division One championship and Blue and White Rosebowl, will be among the recipients when the league hosts its presentation evening on Thursday at Mill Hill WMC.
Servicemaster will receive the Second Division championship trophy to help celebrate their 21st season in the league.
The Third Division title goes to Swan who have completed their first season in the Blackburn League.
Old Toll Bar will be re-presented with the Lancashire Sunday Trophy, as well as receiving Division One runners-up medals. They have also been named Team of the Year.
The Referee of the Year goes to Keith Cookson from Darwen. He creates a record as the only match officials to have won this award four times.

Division Three champions: Swan, runners-up: Uncle Jack's; Player of the Year: Damian Chamberlain (James Street); Leading goalscorer: Gary Walsh (Walmsley FC); Goalkeeper of the Year: Shaun Rourke (Sign & Poster). Blue & White Rosebowl winners: King's Inn, runners-up: Darwen Alexandra - Man of the Match: Paul Guinan (King's Inn), Officials - Referee: Eric Lawrenson, referee's assistants: Ismail Esat and Michael Otley, fourth official: Keith Jackson.
Referees - Referee of the Year: Keith Cookson; President's Award: Michael Otley; Junior Referee of the Year: Graham Colquhoun.
Other Awards - Secretary of the Year: June Shorrock (New Gardeners); Linesman of the Year: Sid Wright (Longshaw); Team of the Year: Old Toll Bar; Sportsmanship award: New Gardeners; Young Player of the Year: Ryan Clanford (Old Toll Bar).
The League Special Award and EW Cartons Merit Award will be announced on Thursday evening.
