S'COOLto be safe! That's the life-saving message given to children in a fast-moving, interactive road safety play which toured Lancashire schools this week.

The Catalyst Theatre Company presented the play S'Cool to be Safe on the Roads to children at Sherburn School, in Preston, on Friday.

The play, which is produced in association with Toyota and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, centres around best friends Tanya and Simon.

Simon is knocked down by a car and members of the audience are drawn into the performance, to decide the outcome.

Nicola Wicock, 11, is pictured at the event.
