PUPILS at Christ the King Primary School are busy improving their IT skills thanks to a local business.
The school's purpose-built Information Technology suite has officially opened - but the cost of the building used the majority of its £10,000 budget.
That's where Business Travel Plus, in the process of refurbishing its offices in Metropolitan Drive, Blackpool, helped out.
After being approached by the school the company was delighted to offer the centre six PC systems, doubling the number of machines available for the children.
School IT co-ordinator Tony Henry said: "It is indeed a most generous gift.
"Without such help from local businesses our children would be waiting much longer for our school to be able to purchase equipment on this scale."
