LABOUR is out in force today (May 28) on Bury Market urging people to vote in the Euro elections.
Local MEP Gary Titley, who represents Greater Manchester West, is hoping to persuade shoppers to return him to Brussels for a further five years.
Mr Titley certainly has more than a fighting chance: he is number two on Labour's list of candidates for the ten seats up for grabs in the North West.
Accompanying Mr Titley will be Ruth Turner, who is number seven on Labour's list.
Before going out to meet shoppers at lunchtime, the Labour duo will pay a visit to Bury Hospital.
