TWO rundown farm properties in a "yuppie" nook of East Lancashire changed hands for £295,000.
The old coach house and a barn at Pleasington, Blackburn, which needed total renovation, were sold at at auction by agents Mortimer, Gorse and Ross.
Each property went with three quarters of an acre of land.
