A training initiative, aimed at helping East Lancashire firms, is turning the spotlight on the euro.
Lifetime Training was originally developed by ELTEC just for local firms but is now sought after by employers further afield.
Courses can be given at a company's premises or at ELTEC's training centre, in Clayton-le-Moors.
The next series of courses covers subjects such as how to deal with the euro, the new working time regulations, health and safety and employee development.
"For many companies, we are becoming an extension of their personnel departments," said Janet Walker, Lifetime Training manager.
"We identify the training needs of supervisors and other senior staff and then design and deliver courses by using local training providers."
