IF anyone has found a black leather purse, which has a small brass bit on the front, please take it to the police station. It contains a small photo of my late husband, my bus pass, gas card, Tesco card and irreplaceable rosary beads.
The purse was stolen from my pocket while I was shopping in the Tesco Metro store, Blackburn, on May 18.
I would like to thank staff at Tesco for their attention and making sure I got my shopping. Many thanks also to the driver of DMC Taxis who brought me home and would not take my fare. To rob pensioners is very, very sick thing to do.
R HEATON (Mrs), Blackburn, (full address received).
