EAST Lancashire Boys' Brigade were offered two flag poles for their new training centre.
The offer came from Sunderland, which left them poles apart from their benefactor!
They brought the poles in a 140-mile sponsored walk for the training centre at Kirkham, expecting to raise more than £1,000 towards their £10,000 target.
