FIRMS in East Lancashire are being offered help to steer them through new rules.
The Transport of Dangerous Goods (Safety Advisor) imposes strict conditions on firms involved in transporting and handling certain goods.
Now the Business Environment Association is staging a workshop to help firms get to grips with the new legislation.
