ABOUT the permission given Do It All to sell animals, a person's obligation to care for an animal would be more nearly ensured by their willingness to go to a pet-shop than by their just picking up a pet on the way to the superstore till. Less commitment; more animal neglect. The situation offers an obvious reason for protecting us from our whimsical buying and for stopping others cynically benefiting by it.
