BUSINESS agency boss Richard Bindless went back to the "shop floor" to experience life at the front line of his organisation during "Learning at Work Day."
Richard, chief executive of Bolton and Bury Chamber, broadened his horizons and boosted his knowledge by taking on new roles of receptionist, messenger and designer during an action-packed day at the Chamber's headquarters.
The week of adult learning activity was led by the Chamber in partnership with a host of other local organisations throughout Bury and Bolton.
Richard said: "Whether you're seeking work or already in a job, learning is the key that challenges your perception and boosts your creativity and motivation while equipping you with new skills for new challenges."
