ANOTHER East Lancashire stream was polluted by the water authority - the third accident of its kind in the past four months.
The caustic soda spillage at Clitheroe came just 10 weeks after North West Water Authority bosses promised to do their best to make sure a similar accident did not happen again. The incident happened at the Low Cock treatment plant.
