PROFESSIONAL musician Catherine Emett was due to strike the right note as half a duet entertaining visitors to Speke Hall, Liverpool, today.
Catherine, 28, of Albert Road, Colne, was to play her Glastonbury pipe with Anthony Croft, of Liverpool, on the lute, to provide traditional Tudor entertainment to visitors to the hall, which dates back to that period.
The duet will also perform at the tourist attraction on July 4 and every Wednesday and alternate Sundays throughout the summer.
