SUSAN Morgan, 43, of Ripon Street, Blackburn, was bound over in £50 to be of good behaviour for 12 months by Blackburn magistrates after admitting conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.
Paula Grogan, prosecuting, said police were called to Morgan's home on Saturday afternoon where they were met by her partner who explained there had been a violent fight between the two of them.
"Mrs Morgan appeared to have been drinking and, fearing there would be further trouble, the police arrested her," said Miss Grogan.
Debbie Jameson, defending, said that after spending two nights in the police cells Morgan had learned her lesson.
"She had taken some drink and she is also taking medication." said Mrs Jameson. "Whether the combination of the two led to this situation I do not know but she accepts there was an argument and agrees to be bound over to keep the peace."
