BUJINKAN Budo Taijusu, a martial art system comprising of nine different schools including use of weapons and unarmed form, now joins the YMCA programme.
Taijusu does not rely on speed or strength but more on natural body movement and is a non-competitive martial art.
Sessions under the instruction of Chris Hastings will begin for adults on Thursday, July 1 from 8.30pm to 10.00pm at the St Annes YMCA on St Albans Road in St Annes.
The charge for YMCA members will be £2.10 with non-members allowed to participate for a charge of £2.60.
