PRESTON table tennis player Katy Parker had a successful spell representing England at the six nation cadet championships in Amsterdam last weekend.
In the team event, 16-year-old Katy played with Natalie Bawden from Essex, Georgina Walker from Notts and Laucy Powter, from the Isle of Wight. They best France 6-4, Denmark 8-2 and the Watch
Katy's
success 6-4. They drew against the Netherlands before losing to Germany 8-2.
Katy went on to win eight out of her 10 singles, helping England to come overall second in the tournament.
