I LIVE near the wildlife lodge off Newington Drive and I think it was beautiful. But now it is a disgrace.
I went on a walk and I looked at the lodge and I could hear water draining out. The water level had gone down a lot since I last saw it. The trees were chopped in half, with all the branches lying in the water.
There are no birds there. Where will the birds find a pretty home like where they used to live? Where have all the nests gone? There could have been babies in those nests and now they could have drowned.
I wonder how the Stately Developments people would feel if they were a bird or fish that died or had nowhere to live. They would feel very angry and unhappy, like we do and the animals who lived there.
