WHEN Gordon McKay received the outstanding Sports Team Trophy for Knuzden Youth's Under 12s team from England's assistant coach Derek Fazackerley at the Blackpool Football Festival, he kept up a terrific record on behalf of manager Dusty Miller's previous two generations of boys with six sports teams/fair play trophies won in the nine seasons since its foundation in 1990.

Second Generation: 1996 Blackpool Spring Football Festival winners (Under 13), captain Colin Fielding; 1997 Blackburn Youth Football League winners (Under 14) captain Colin Fielding; 1998 Blackpool Spring Football Festival winners (Under 15), captain Colin Fielding.
Third Generation: 1999 Blackpool Spring Football Festival winners (Under 12), captain Gordon McKay.
