LOADS going on in the world of showbiz this week. Of course, last weekend saw the showbiz wedding of the year between Beckham and Posh Spice.
They both apparently shed a tear on the big day which makes Becks and baby Brooklyn even more alike because they both cry and dribble a lot. . .
If you're looking to buy yourself some new tunes - here's what's about this week.
Earth Wind and Fire vs Phats n Small - September
There's been a big argument over this song between the two respective artists. Phats n Small originally used a sample of September, but it had to be cleared by Earth, Wind and Fire. They originally said no, but did come to a compromise and said let's just re-mix the whole song. The result is brilliant - a classic disco song beefed up by a group of the finest remixers around.
Steps - Loves Got A Hold On My Heart
The first single from their second album, due in October. The whole album again serves up a mix of ingredients that have made them so successful, namely fun catchy songs with a dance routine that even your granny could latch on to.
Barenaked Ladies - Call and Answer
This band have been around for years - but their profile in the States is considerably higher than here in the UK, that's all about to change. They will be supporting The Beautiful South on their forthcoming tour. This single is slightly more laid back than the previous hits and doesn't seem to have as much radio support. Let's just keep our fingers crossed.
