TWO public meetings on the Kenyon Station proposals have been organised this month.
The Kenyon Action Group will rally at Lowton Methodist Church Hall, Newton Road, on the 19th at 7.30pm, when the audience will have the chance to find out what the proposed station will really mean for the local community.
The No Xanadu Campaign event will be on the 26th at 7.30pm in Leigh Cricket Club, Beech Walk, to find out how the Pennington community will respond to the Kenyon Station public inquiry.
Spokesperson Chris Maile said: "These meetings will allow the public the opportunity to find out what is really going on with the Kenyon Station proposals, as well as to ask questions.
"It is clear that Xanadu succeeds or falls with the station, therefore it is vital that those opposed to the project have the fullest information in which they can put forward their objections."
