CORRESPONDENTS P. Kaiserman and B. Tebbs seem so busy listing Nato's faults that they overlook, or ignore, the faults of others.

Is P. Kaiserman suggesting that because Milosevic was dissatisfied with the Paris talks we should accept his brutality imposed on the Albanians and blame Nato for his ruthlessness? His implication that the ethnic atrocities were propaganda inventions or just "allegations" has been proved to be incorrect.

The Government's negotiations with those in Ireland who demand representation with an armed gang in support, while the Prime Minister and Secretary of State insidiously blackmail David Trimble - who merely wants the democracy this government was elected to stand for - rings a similar bell.
