PUPILS at Frenchwood County Primary School turned cookie monsters for the day thanks to Sainsburys.
The children were invited to learn how to bake cookies as part of the supermarket's rewards for school scheme.
Maggie Comer, staff restaurant cook, said: "I helped show the children how to make cookies and bake them - it all went very well.
"People collect tokens in the store to redeem for equipment but in this part of the country, we also go out to schools to introduce ourselves to them."
Sally Rose, who teaches Year 2 and 3 pupils at Frenchwood, said: "The children really enjoyed it. We have taken part in the cookie bake for two years now and the children get a lot out of it.
"They all took a cookie home in a bag with the recipe on it at the end of the day."
