I CAN understand the anger of Mr Francis Cross (Letters, June 30) regarding the possible prosecution of disabled people who park at the Come and Welcome Club in Clayton-le-Moors.
I don't recall seeing any traffic wardens in Clayton, so have these wardens been recruited from Accrington?Have they also been requested by some able-bodied person who is fortunate enough not to need help from a wheel chair or special van? I would think the wardens would be better occupied visiting most other streets in Hyndburn where illegal parking is rife.
