IF frequent correspondent P. Kaiserman needs "convincing and sustainable evidence" of atrocities in Kosovo, he should talk with some of the victims at present being cared for by this Nato country.
Or he may prefer to go to Kosovo and talk with soldiers and investigators now uncovering evidence of the fate which befell other victims of Milosevic's regime.
President Milosevic seems reluctant to "speak for himself" on this issue. Can P. Kaiserman find a defence for even this brutality?
N. FREEMAN,
