BATTLING great-gran Peggy Rawcliffe staged her own one-woman protest against striking town hall staff.
She crossed their picket line. She even risked family harmony - as her daughter-in-law was one of the Nalgo pickets.
Peggy, 75, marched up to Blackburn town hall steps to confront the local government union strikers as a gesture for her daughter who worked for the social services department.
