POLICE officers in Lancashire are being urged to take part in a national survey on morale.
The organisers of the survey say officer morale across the country is currently at an all time low because of a lack of public support and increasing danger.
Norman Brennan, an officer with British Transport police for more than 21 years, helped set up the campaigning Protect The Protectors six years ago.
The former officer is planning to write to the Queen directly to voice the concerns of his organisation.
And any officers wanting more information should contact the pressure group by phoning 0181 744 0999.
