THE latest exhibition at Leigh's Turnpike Gallery kicks off on Saturday - with empty walls.
And it will take three weeks before a unique show of local people's colourful work emerges.
The Art Factory is offering the chance to everyone to celebrate their creative potential and join in with painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, ceramics and printing.
Each day until August 7 there will be different artists in the gallery to share their skills.
Art Factory is part of National Gallery Week, a nationwide campaign to highlight the fun everyone can have at their local art gallery.
It is also linked with the borough's third annual Visual Arts Festival.
Anyone interested can call in at the gallery and get stuck in, or phone 404469 for further information and to secure a free place at any of the workshops.
August 7 brings a huge party with music and refreshments to say a big thank you to everyone involved and to celebrate the end of the festival.
