A WOOLWORTH'S security guard and member of the Territorial Army faced four further charges when he made a second appearance before Blackburn magistrates.
Andrew Monk, 29, of Back Duckworth Street, Darwen, was charged with theft of military equipment and clothing worth £601 from Her Majesty's armed forces; encouraging another person to make disclosures from computer records contrary to the Data Protection Act; possession of two 10mgm lots of morphine and damaging a window at a house in Swift Close, Blackburn.
Monk first appeared in court on Friday when he faced three charges of possession of offensive weapons - a lock knife, an extendable baton and a double bladed commando knife - and possession of two blank firing pistols with intent to cause fear of violence.
Monk was remanded in custody until July 26.
