RESIDENTS on a Darwen council estate would be warm and cosy, thanks to a £361,000 Government cash hand-out.
The money would be spent on giving the Redvers Road houses, which were more than 30 years old, a facelift as part of the "Warm and Cosy" scheme covering the Birch Hall estate.
