TWO motorcyclists died after a road crash at Quernmore on Sunday. The men were Michael Hall, 26, of Fulwood in Preston and Richard Fenner, 38, of Rossendale. The two men were in collision on Balhurst Way near Greenhurst Farm. Michael Hall died almost instantly as his helmet came off and he suffered severe head injuries. Richard Fenner died the following morning at the RLI.
