IN reply to the comments of Mr K Sowerbutts (Letters, July 7) regarding the 'naked man' sculpture by the M65. I find it quite easy to handle - it being only as trivial as the drivel exuded by cinema and TV these days.
I consider myself a very broad-minded person, having been involved in nursing for some 28 years. And, thirdly, I come from the Planet of Rationality and Common Sense but, sadly, we are becoming an extinct race.
As far as I am concerned, the matter of the sculpture is now closed. Beam me up, Scottie.
