HEROIN and cannabis were found in the latest police raids in the Burnley Wood area of Burnley.
The search warrants were executed by police during Operation Owl, an exercise aimed at fighting the drug scene in that part of Burnley.
Two people were arrested. One was cautioned and the other charged with a drugs offence.
Sgt Dave Fleming said the operation was a police and community initiative aimed at removing the corrosive drugs and anti-social elements from Burnley Wood.
He has appealed for anyone with information about drug dealers or anti-social residents to contact him direct at Burnley police station on 01282-425001 or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
He said: "This is only the start. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated in Burnley Wood.
"The ordinary, law-abiding people are making a stand."
