JUBILANT staff at TNT in Ramsbottom have placed another trophy in the cabinet.
For the company collected the 1999 Motor Transport Customer Care Award at a gala presentation evening in London, hosted by BBC TV presenter Michael Buerk.
Seen as the "Oscars" of the transport industry, TNT now boasts an unrivalled tally of 16 Motor Transport Awards, of which three have been received for customer care.
Ramsbottom general manager, Eddie O'Donnell said: "This is a fantastic achievement and all the more remarkable as it is only the second time in 14 years that we have won any Motor Transport Award two years running.
"My sincere personal thanks go to all our depot staff for showing the dedication, teamwork and attitude required to exceed our customers' expectations."
