GREAT Harwood maintained their four point lead at the top of Division One with a good home win against third-placed Globe A, who bounced back with a win over lowly Haslingden.
Antley, in second, kept up the pressure with a victory over Rushton St A, who stay fourth. Salesbury A beat Rishton Con A, but are eight points adrift at the bottom. Whalley A lost heavily at Burnley Rd B to share next to bottom with Haslingden, who gained ground with a win against Ribblesdale A.
Clitheroe Cricket regained top spot in Division Two with success over Waddington A, while their closest rivals, Come and Welcome, surprisingly went down at home to Coppice.
Clayton Gatty took full advantage to close the gap in third. Free Gardeners' home defeat by Spring Hill brings them into the drop zone, but Rishton BC continue their climb with victory over Hurst Green A.
Leaders Sabden Black, and second-placed Globe B, continue to dominate Division Three.
At the bottom, Castle B look doomed. No surprises in Division Four as champions-elect Leisure Hour B whitewashed bottom side Waddington B.
