GLASGOW'S new Buchanan Galleries shopping centre has installed more than £50,000 worth of cold cathode lighting from AC/DC Lighting Systems of Barrowford.
Cold cathode has been used to provide a variety of coloured lighting throughout the centre's interior, including midnight blue roof lighting, mall, handrail and food court area lighting.
AC/DC cold cathode was used because of its high performance and visual effect, energy efficiency, ease of installation and maintenance in comparison to fluorescent alternatives.
AC/DC installed the lighting system within a week.
