THE trustees and staff of Bury Crossroads Care Scheme would like to thank all those involved in their successful Silver Jubilee celebration garden party, attended by the Mayor and Mayoress of Bury and held at Elton High School on July 22.
Crossroads schemes began "caring for carers" in 1974 and the Bury scheme was inaugurated in 1992. It continues to go from strength to strength.
Particular thanks must go to Elton High School, the Kaleidoscope wheelchair dancers, the Dinatones morris group, Unsworth's and the Investors in People organisation.
Crossroads' commitment to carers mirrors their dedication to the people they care for and the Bury scheme looks forward to providing this service to the carers of Bury for many years to come.
Many thanks once again to all our supporters.
KATHRYN WALKER,
manager.
