IF YOU love classic cars and vintage vehicles then check out the Lakeland Classic Event at Leighton Hall on August 1.
The stunning gathering of 200 classic vehicles will range from pre-1930s vehicles to modern day classics such as MGB, Morris Minor and E-Type Jaguar, plus BSA and Velocettes in the Classic MotorCycle Section.
There will be five clubs including the Rover P5 Owners Club, the Lancashire Granada Enthusiasts, Mazda RX 7 Club and the Lune Valley Classic Car Club.
In addition to the 50 club vehicles on display there will be 175 private individuals with a whole range of makes and models from the Austin 7 to MGs, Triumphs, Jaguars and Morris Minors.
There will be categories for pre 1950s, 60s, 70s and 80s saloons, sports, convertibles, American, military, kit and custom vehicles.
There will be competitions, prizes and trophies and a top motoring correspondent will be on hand throughout the day to give expert commentary. There will also be an autojumble and trade stands plus attractions for the kids.
