VETERAN ceramic painter Lily Thom spent the day at Accrington Library demonstrating her skills.
The 79-year-old of Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors, who took up the craft more than 30 years ago, also answered questions during the session.
Her work, which includes ceramics ranging from a ginger jar to boxes, plates and a bowl, is on sale in the library.
She said: "I first took it up to help with my nerves. I do a lot of craft fairs and also do demonstrations for charity. I really enjoy it."
