THE newly merged Thatto Heath Crusaders (St Helens Crusaders and Thatto Heath) are now in full training for the forthcoming season.
Their junior section, who run teams from under sevens to under 18s extends an invitation to players old and new who wish to join them at this exciting time (particularly under sevens, under eights, under 12 and under 13).
Their link with St Helens College provides access to superb winter training facilities and a sports injury clinic for all. Plans for the future include new playing and socialising facilities and the club has already secured Bradford Bulls star, Barnard Dwyer as one of its junior coaches.
The junior section will continue to train and play at Bobbies Lane for the season 1999-2000.
