A MAN who robbed a bus driver has gone to prison for 18 months.
Andrew Cushman, 27, of Windermere Road, Padiham, was found guilty by a Burnley Crown Court jury, after a two-day trial. He had denied the allegation.
The jury had been told victim Stephen Almond worked for Stagecoach.
Cushman, who had threatened to gun him down if he told police, took £5 off him, while his co-defendant Mark Winchester allegedly grabbed a bag, said to contain £135.
Cushman claimed he had borrowed the £5 and was going to give it back.
