RESIDENTS and motorists can have their say on controversial traffic calming schemes in the borough at a public meeting tonight.
Hyndburn Council's traffic management review panel will hold a series of public meetings to discuss transport issues.
The all-party panel was set up following the Tories' election victory to look at the council's "humps and bumps" policy which has been slammed as a waste of money and dangerous by some members and residents.
Road safety, public transport and a town centre one-way system will also be discussed.
The review will take in proposed schemes and those already in place and recommendations will go to the environmental services committee.
The meeting will take place at the council's Eagle Street offices at 7pm.
Members of the public can speak at the forum, which has a two-hour time limit, but are required to elect a spokesman on each issue to save time.
