A 'SILENCE of The Lamb' row broke out in a Lancashire village.
The Lamb Inn in the centre of Newchurch-in-Pendle had stopped trading as a pub a few months previously. Owners John and Hilary Healey asked Pendle Council for planning permission for change of use to a private house to give them some "peace and quiet".
But their plans created a storm of protest.
