A TEAM of 20 staff at wallpaper firm Graham & Brown have it covered!
The employees have achieved National Vocational Qualifications ranging from Level Three to Five in management and customer service.
"NVQ training has enabled us to develop a much more highly skilled team and played a valuable role in helping us to achieve a substantial increase in our business over the last 12 months," said joint managing director David Brown.
"The programme is ongoing and we hope that, in time, it will embrace everyone who wishes to be involved."
Blackburn-based Graham & Brown employs more than 500 people and has a turnover of £55 million.
It is one of the most successful wallpaper manufacturers in the country, with brands including Super Fresco and Fabric Effect.
