I AM rather amazed by the evidently sophisticated person whose tone of voice drops with the obvious intention of saying: "All is not well between me and you," without saying it.
Why not just say what's in your heart instead of blocking up the drains?
It's a regular ploy of managers to keep their employees guessing at what they have done wrong. God knows what is really behind their dissatisfaction.
So, come on, let's hear what is in your hearts.
