OUR win over Hereford Town was a tremendous boost for us and sets us up for our two games over the bank holiday weekend.
It was an important win over a full time club. If we had lost we would have been in the bottom half and we would have failed to have beaten a big club so far this season.
As it is we can look forward to our games away at Hednesford Town on Saturday and at home to Scarborough on Monday with confidence.
I was impressed with every single one of the lads out there, especially in the first half. The whole team were full of running. I was also delighted for Phil Eastwood our hat-trick hero who has just joined us and is already a firm favourite with our fans.
Talking of our fans you came through for us once again on Tuesday. Nearly 1,800 on a midweek match in the height of summer is marvellous. You created a superb atmosphere once again. See you on Monday.
