A GREAT performance on Tuesday night but, let me assure you, none of us are getting too carried away here at City. We need another three or four players and I hope I will have another player on the books for you by this Saturday's home match against Frickley. I'm currently in talks with one player and the signs are good although, of course, you never know in football. In the meantime I'm very pleased with the players I have. Chris Ward who is just 18 was outstanding on Tuesday - he did things I've never seen him do and he gave it all he had. Mark Cheal was also worthy of mention for his performance. I took him off injured after 40 minutes but only as a precaution. It wasn't just those two though. The whole team were superb and I hope to put the same side out on again Saturday. We aim to entertain I notice our crowds are creeping up. If we show the same level of skill on Saturday I've no doubt our fans will be back for more.
